DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 1–3 business days for carrier transit depending on your location. This means your order should arrive within 2–5 business days in total.

Is there a delivery fee?
No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States at no extra cost.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, Balanta only delivers to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?
If your tracking information shows no updates for 7–10 days after dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@balanta.com. We will help you initiate a lost package investigation with our carrier and find a solution.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging in the same condition they arrived.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at support@balanta.com. Attach photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free replacement and cover all return shipping costs.

How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method, though your bank may require additional time to post the amount to your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Balanta does not apply any restocking fees to returned items.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email support@balanta.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.


EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, we are happy to process exchanges. Contact our customer service team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and we will dispatch the replacement once we have received it.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our standard returns process.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Modifications can only be made before your order is shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@balanta.com. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any adjustments.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and we comply with PCI DSS security standards. Your complete card details are never stored on our servers.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Will I be charged currency conversion fees?
Balanta does not charge any currency conversion fees. However, if you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply international transaction or conversion fees.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Items that are currently unavailable are clearly marked on the website. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we will alert you as soon as the item becomes available again.

Can I see products in different colors or sizes?
Yes. Product pages include options to view available colors, sizes, and variations. Use the product filters to narrow your search.

Balanta operates as an online retailer. All orders are placed through our website and shipped directly to your address.
